What Happens Next?
Confirmation Alert: You will receive an email and text message with your appointment details and a calendar invite. Save it so you have the date, time, and service info handy.
On Our Way: On the day of your appointment, you will get a text message when we are en route to your location. No guessing, no waiting around wondering when we will show up.
Service Day: When we arrive, we get straight to work. We handle everything on-site with our mobile setup. Any remaining balance is due after you are satisfied with the results.
How to Prepare for Our Arrival
To help us dive straight into the process and give you the best possible results, please keep the following in mind:
Ensure Access: If you live in a gated community, apartment complex, or workplace lot, make sure we can get in. Provide gate codes, contact the front office, or meet us at the entrance.
Make Some Space: Park your vehicle with enough room around it for us to work comfortably. If it is in a tight garage, consider pulling it into the driveway or an open area before our arrival.
Clear It Out: Remove personal belongings, valuables, and loose items from the vehicle before we arrive, especially if you booked an interior service. Do not worry about the dirt, stains, crumbs, or pet hair. That is literally why we are coming.
